The company page and safety information

Managers

Use the Company page to see who's in your show, spot do-not-release instructions and health notes, and reach emergency contacts fast.

The Company page lists everyone in your show, grouped by cast, crew and the rest of the team. For the show's managers, it's also where you find the safety information that performers and families keep: emergency contacts, health and safety notes, and pick-up lists.

Who can see it: only the show's managers (people marked Manager) and the organization's owners and admins. Everyone else in the show can see who's in the company, but never anyone's safety information. Give manager access only to people you trust with the company's personal information.

Open the Company page

  • On the web: open the show at on.theCallboard.app and click Company.
  • On iPhone and Android: open the show from the Shows tab and tap Company.

The notices at the top

When there's something you should know, it shows at the top of the page:

  • Do-not-release instructions. How many people have someone they must not be released to. Check who's picking them up before letting them go.
  • Health & safety. How many people have allergies (and how many are severe), and how many have other notes on file.
  • Missing emergency contacts. How many people haven't added one. Click Ask them all (Ask on iPhone) to send each of them a notice. A child's notice goes to their parent. Anyone asked in the last day is skipped.

The badges next to each person

Each person's row can show round badges, always in the same order:

  1. Pick-up list. A red hand means they have do-not-release instructions. A gray shield means they have a pick-up list with no restrictions. Click it to see Do not release to, Allowed to pick up, and any Custody or release notes.
  2. Health & safety. A medical cross: blue for notes on file, red for a severe allergy. Click it to read their Allergies, Medical conditions, Medications and other notes.
  3. Emergency contact. A solid red badge means they have contacts. Click it to see them in the order to call, with buttons to call or text. A dotted badge means they have none. Click it to send them a notice asking them to add one.

Badges only appear when there's something to show, so most rows will have just one or two.

Keep it current

You can't edit someone's safety information yourself. Performers keep their own, and parents keep their children's. If something looks out of date, ask the family to update it. They'll find it in Emergency contacts, health notes and pick-up lists.
