Read your schedule and confirm calls

FamiliesCast & crew

See every call you're in, check the details, and let your stage manager know you'll be there.

Your schedule shows every call you're in, across all your shows, as soon as the stage manager publishes it. Parents see their children's calls here too. Confirming a call tells your stage manager to expect you.

See what's coming up

Your home page shows Today and Coming up, with a Confirm button next to each call.

For everything, open My schedule in the menu (on a phone, the Schedule tab). Each call shows its time, the show, the type and the place. A colored strip shows the type of call, like rehearsal, tech or performance. Opening night and other show dates appear as flags.

  • Choose List or Calendar at the top (on a phone, List, Week or Month).
  • In more than one show? Untick a show to hide its calls. On a phone, use the filter button at the top right.
  • Tick Past calls to see calls that already happened.

A cancelled call stays on your schedule, marked Cancelled.

Check a call's details

Choose a call to open it. You'll see:

  • The date, your call time and your release time. If your call time is different from the rest of the company's, that's the one shown.
  • Where it is. Choose the place to open it on a map.
  • Notes from the stage manager, like what to bring.
  • Any files attached to the call.

Confirm you'll be there

  1. Open the call.
  2. Choose Confirm I'll be there.

The call now shows Confirmed. Plans changed? Open it again and choose Undo confirmation.

On a phone, it's quicker: swipe the call to the left and tap Confirm. A full swipe confirms in one go. If you get text messages, reply C to a text to confirm.

Can't make it? Don't just leave it unconfirmed. File a conflict so the stage manager knows. On a phone, swipe left and tap Conflict. See File and review conflicts.

For parents and guardians

Your children's calls appear on your schedule with their name in front. Use the buttons at the top to see Everyone, just Me, or one child.

To confirm for your child, open their call and choose Confirm name will be there.

A child with their own view-only sign-in can see their calls, but only a parent or guardian can confirm them. See Add your children and manage their access.

Join a video call

If a call has a video room, a Join video button appears on it. The room opens an hour before your call time.

Hear about changes

When a call is added, changed or cancelled, you get a notice. On the web, it's under the bell at the top of the menu. On a phone, it's on the Updates tab, and arrives as a notification. Old times show crossed out, so you can see what changed.

Want reminders before each call, or texts? See Your profile, alerts and text messages.

On My schedule (web), choose Print / email. Pick the dates, then print it, save it as a PDF, or email it to someone, like a grandparent who drives on Tuesdays. Choose Sync to my calendar to put your calls in your own calendar app. See Add your calls to your calendar.
